The California Fire Foundation partnered with Pacific Gas and Electric, Sacramento Area Firefighters, Local 522, and Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Protection District to offer pubic service messages in the Mandarin dialect as well as in English and Spanish aimed at preventing accidents while digging.
