Glen R. Phillips served the citizens of Los Angeles with honor throughout his career. He was a Medal of Valor recipient and was proud to be a part of the Aircraft Rescue Fire Company and Urban Search and Rescue teams. In his spare time, he loved spending time with his family playing sports, travelling and walking his dog. He passed away in September, 2019 from a job-related illness.
