LODD: Los Angeles County Firefighter Specialist Joseph Savas
Los Angeles County Firefighters, Local 1014 is saddened to announce the passing of Firefighter Specialist Joseph Savas.
Joseph Savas passed away due to job-related illness on September 22, 2015 at the young age of 46.
Brother Savas served our country as a firefighter in the United States Air Force for five years, and was a respected and dedicated member of the Los Angeles County Fire Department for 17 years.
He leaves behind his wife, Shelly, and two children.
