Victor Vega served the citizens of Richmond with honor and distinction for over 30 years. He began his career as a firefighter and finished his career as a firefighter, sharing his knowledge and experience, training dozens of new firefighters. Outside of work, he loved to play poker, the 49ers, enjoyed golf and was a semi-pro bowler in his younger years. Victor passed away from job-related cancer and is survived by his wife and three children.
