Michael Bruce Wells proudly served his community for 30 years as a member of the Kern County Fire Department. Throughout his career, his reputation was that of a steady and reliable leader. All who knew him would describe him as a family man. Captain Wells passed away following a difficult battle with occupational-related cancer. He is survived by his wife Lisa, their three sons Colton, Caleb, and Christopher, and a loving extended family.
